RICO is a business intelligence solution that is deliberately kept lean and attractively priced in a subscription model, making it much more accessible than traditional BI systems.
The software was developed together with financial experts to provide medium-sized companies and tax firms with uncomplicated access to professional data analysis and modern corporate management in a Power BI look and feel. The tool is ready to use immediately and does not require extensive training.
RICO combines seamless DATEV integration with preconfigured reports and practice-oriented evaluations of liquidity, profitability and company development. This gives you the same transparency as with comprehensive BI solutions, but with considerably less effort, quick implementation and a fair, clear subscription model.

- ANNA AI assistant (chatbot or avatar) – supports you in your day-to-day business, answers questions about figures, bookings and company development and helps you to understand relationships more quickly.
From 2026, RICO will be expanded into an even stronger controlling and management system:
