Successful cooperation requires trust. That is why we would like to introduce you to the people behind Perspicuum Solutions. Get to know us and see our expertise and experience for yourself.
Ole Hartmann is a numbers man through and through. This is reflected in his career: it began as a bank clerk, led to a degree in business administration and, after several management positions in finance, controlling and IT, culminated in the founding of Perspicuum Solutions.
His passion is solving problems in companies. His professional career as a change manager is characterized by change, optimization and transformation projects in mostly crisis-ridden companies. Most recently, as Head of Controlling & BI, he was once again in “rescue mode”. While working, he completed an MBA with a focus on risk, innovation and supply chain management.
As Managing Partner and Head of Business Development at Perspicuum Solutions, he now uses his extensive knowledge and many years of experience to enable SMEs to successfully manage their companies through better decision-making.
Ole Hartmann is also a lecturer at the FOM University of Applied Sciences in Cologne and an honorary lay judge at the local court there. He is married and has one son.
Prasanna Mariyappa transforms dry data into meaningful figures and information. He first came into contact with business intelligence during his Master’s degree and intensified his expertise during his professional career. He now has over a decade of experience in the IT industry.
He was employed by various international corporations as a data warehouse developer and BI consultant, where he looked after the data of companies in the finance, insurance and manufacturing industries. He came to Germany in 2018. He was responsible for the development and management of the company-wide data warehouse at an international manufacturer of communications technology.
As Partner and Head of Technology Development at Perspicuum Solutions, he is responsible for the technical dimensions of digital transformation. He translates companies’ controlling requirements into code and then back into consumable information for BI end users.
Prasanna Mariyappa comes from South India and lives in Wuppertal with his wife and two children.
